Hey everyone! I bought this service with the expectation to just simply download a program and off I go with spoofing then being able to play Valorant. I bought the product which then led me to a discord, I opened a ticket and gave my transaction conformation of payment, after giving that I then got sent to another discord to help clean my pc and prepare for spoofing, the process rapidly got so intense, I had to download this and this and this and just came to a conclusion of "fuck this is a drainer, all this for valorant".. I didn't know I had to reinstall windows and wipe all my disks clean etc etc to just play Valorant, definately wasn't worth it for me..
I then proceeded respectfully to open another ticket in regards to the situation, the administratier named " Amsterdam was very polite, profressional and helped me understand that I dont have a choice when it comes to playing Valorant and this is the process that needs to be done, I told him my point of view of how I was unaware of reinstalling windows and going through the process etc etc.. and he was able to see where I was coming from and provided me with a refund.
Pros and Cons of my experience.
Cons:
- didn't see anywhere (unless im blind) about the process of spoofing according to this sellers process, reinstalling windows and having to change xyz to have "Raid" enabled etc. etc..
- I started the process then realised it is very lengthly (just to play valorant), moving files here and there and backing up this and that (shortly lived as i gave up waiting)..
Pros
- These guys know 110% about wtf they are talking about, so follow each step thoroughly and im sure it will work
- Professionalism, these guys are defs pros and are polite, not once did they make me feel like a big noob even though I was and treated me as if I was every other customer.
- Payment method, very simple easy and fast, got my receipt/verification code in my email and created a ticket and everything was sorted.
- Communication, these guys communicate so fucking well its crazy.. sometimes there are like 2 people handling 1 ticket which is so good and they're all working together to ensure customer service is their no.1 prority.
- Problem Solving, their problem solving skills are crazy. Im sure they have done this so many times but with my experience they just knew what needed to be done and how to do it, as long as you communicate with them well they will do it back to you.
Overall thoughts: I wish it was an easier process but I am not that addicted to valorant to go through the whole process to play, love Amsterdams company and 110% vouch for what they are doing.
