Hi guys, special thanks to "Str8inyou" for sharing files and "TS1-ALphaGames" for helps!
(I will try your alpha server soon)

I finaly finished installing and running sql server 2000 on my windows 10.
Added databases.
Using your .bat file to run server they give errors and fail to run (windows firewall is OFF)

Look at pictures attached, can you help me on this please?

I have running server now, GM accounts are fine (with lot of bugs like EXP bar)
But normal accounts, they get DC after few seconds after login.
in ZONE Error log file i get this error:
[3:41:53] [ERROR:(4)],[USER:(test)],[NAME:(test)]

Does anyone know how to fix this error 4?!

Huge thanks to the uploader!

Is there an item list somewhere with values to add them to inventories? I'm working down the list right now, but if there's already one that would save me tons of time.

i.e if you wanted to add a book to learn Whirlwind, you'd add the value 0010000000 to your inventory. Or if you wanted to add a Sup tab you'd use value 0049900000.

So far I've labelled all of the skills, a bunch of quest items, and some random consumables. Now I'm working on weapons and pets.

Any info would be awesome as I'm super new to this. TBH I'm just happy that I was able to get the server up and running so I could click around and listen to the starter world music haha

Item list is in 005_00002.IMG
convert it to .CSV with DOS WebTool and you can read it fine.

But to do that you need to know your 005_00002.IMG structure.
Its all same how it is in TS2, TS1 is no different.

This is great info, thank you!

I think I found a thread with a tutorial on this. Wouldn’t have been able to find it without googling what you told me. Cheers!

Why using SQL2000 anyway? Its old and so outdated.

You can actually use 2008, 2012, 2014 as well
but got to upgrade database to do so.
I have tested it in 2008, 2012 and 2014, works fine
most likely will work any version to be honest, but not 100% sure heh

Yea, yesterday seen it works on SQL 2022 as well,
