I would say Heuk/Fire/Force is the best build for the 110cap.
But great guide, helpful to some ppl.

110 heuskal
110 Fire
90 light
20 ice

Is this build good against EUs?

And what do you think choosing force ?

force i think is only good for bowers -> KB then a debuff etc
glaviers wit force can t do anything vs EU with holy spell.
but 110 heusk, 110 Fire, 90light, and 20ice is very nice vs europe.
fire give you phy atk and mag def and you need to wear Garment.
light make a bit speed and give few% mag atk for imbue.
with 20ice you have a little bit phy def+ and vs nukers with snow or EUs with Bless you can use 20% snow shield.
So you will have enought MP for your moves and you dunno get to much dmg.

The builds with maxed Snow Shield are just jokes. You will be out of mana in 1-2 hits. Glaviers don't really need lightning, it is made for int characters. 110cold/110fire/110heuksal seems is the best build for full str characters as you get phy.def, mag,def, phy.dmg, hp increase and just upgrade Snow Shield to 20%, with fb set you shouldn't be having problems with mana in pvp.
