No for me too it didn't work with MSI, I contacted 1000X support they explained to me 10x the steps, they came to anydesk but it doesn't work.

Well I see, but I aint shittalking Aredik here as I am a permanent spoofer provider as well. Sometimes, things just "dont" work it is how it is. Another provider would potentially.

Open a ticket and tell them that. You can ping kaii once but dont overdo it.
Remember its a one man army there, and they have IRL as well so sometimes replies can be slightly delayed.

They are surely not scammers, so wait for them and perhaps u will get ur refund.
