it can be related to vpn or rito services, just try with different vpn provider. If you get same error, just wait few hours or days.
I think based on proxy / vpn service. I just transferred 5x accounts to TR region with protonvpn without any issue.
If you guys having trouble with creating / transferring accounts to TR I can help for free, no need to pay ridiculous prices for that.
