But its not their task.

I also wish to support the creators of this community. I think there should be some rework or even a new rank for the people which develope or provide releases regularly. These people could do this job. But its not easy to find some trusted or even qualified person for such a request.

The problem with this is, who judges that someone has done something good and therefore gets the badge?
Who should manage this and take care of the applications or recordings?

In addition, if you have the badge, some could / would sell that account. Finally, who does not say that someone who has the badge also scams?

It is also harder in the current time since everyone who programs something also wants to sell it, I think such a section is not purposeful.

Also, this has gotten a little out of hand here, so I'm going to close this.
We will keep the option open and talk about it again internally. I will edit my post then, but currently here is much spamming and off-topic.
