Csro TuT How to get your account back after server merge

also.. why they opened the new merged server when they have not finished with the servers.. why they let only some chars high ones.. and others deleted.. on wich base they made this? why other players are more important than others to be able to play now and have theyr high chars and no problems..? WHY? dammet.. i am tired after 5years of playing this...

so.. they gave us chars back.. on a diferent server name... not on the one that they said will be called.. also instead of having all items on me, all things from storage.. i have NOTHING!!! no guild anymore.. i was lvl 99 and 30%+.. now i am 98 lvl and 80%+ WHAT IS HAPENING? and otjher people have theyr items on them.. the guilds... guilds emblems.. unons.. WE FROM Cavalry have NOTHING... why thoise have and why not delted them? why us from cavalry? why are those better than us? its clear.. they are more unfair and more retarded people than the turk people that runs the international game.. INCREDIBLE INCREDIBLE!!!!

I dont understand how i write the new ID sro_xxxx??Cuz I got 4 id-s and none works...

on my acc i had 2 chars.1 lv 81 and 82% full som and 1 lv 47.now on a server i found my lv 47 but is naked and lv 1 and on another server i found my nuker lv 81 and 1% naked.WTF?

I checked every servers on div2 and I can't find my char..(I was on ocean) with eu char..:S

i had 2 chars on my acc now just one >.> my char isnt there just a staller, anything i can do now?

Lol sorry chinese server names were starting with the same characters so I thought it was already done :) Now everything is fine :)

i cant find my chars from ocean vip i just charged 240 silk 2 days before and i havent spent it and cant find it

ok i found chars but i have silks on the cavalry acc not the one i want because the silks were charged to original acc not sro_xxxxx. what should i do

I need help, I did everything the tutorial says and I can't log in my account, like when I'm in the page to get the new account it says I don't need a new one but I can't log ingame, it says Failed to Connect (C10)
