But if HelioS doesn't advertise the cheat anywhere on his site how is anyone even able to buy it.
Usually hacks have a page with the features on it, level 1,2,3 etc.

Don't use UAV (e.g. constant UAV)

They detect it constantly. There are still kids selling compiled/protected UC source projects & getting people banned, but legitimate providers will not offer you that type of UAV these days.

You can just get an overlay radar, & there are many that function like UAV.

Never touched UAV myself. PO has always had an overlay radar.

Examples where you can get an overlay radar: Phantom Overlay, Mobius, & it looks like AA has a pretty advanced one
