Phantom Overlay, Mobius and Aimex cheats.
These are undetected providers for a while now. Aimex being the longest UD of them. Mobius had a feature detection which they promptly removed.
PO has a auto update feature which will work like 98% of the time. Also heard Mobius is very fast with updates and they also support controller better than PO.
You will not go wrong with either of them.

You should definitely go with Kernaim, they havent been detected on MW games and have pretty neat features.
