I don't know who you are because you didn't write your discord name. Also I'm not sure if I'm trading with you as we don't have a verified trade on epvp. Private has been under update for a long time. Due to aimbot problems, the long test phase started at the end of the 11-day update. When the tests ended, we finished the update and when we realized that it was safe, we released the updated version for private users. We shared this in the announcements. All the time I come across customers who don't look at the Announcements, Update channel or Status page on the Website just waiting for things to magically improve. Often these customers are lazy. Therefore, it is not possible for me to think that there is someone who does not know about the update and is still waiting for the update. We probably didn't have an active trade. Normally I should have reported this post to epvp authorities, but this time I wanted to reply. I hope you got it right. Haha take care crazy man :pimp:
Edit: I was forgetting to mention, as Claw Cheats — as of 11/16/2022 we have completely removed our refund policy. We are not offering refunds for any payments since November 16, 2022 due to people abusing our refund policy. This is clearly stated on our website, on our Discord server, and elsewhere. If you wish, you can go to our discord server and look at the text channel named #website and see the announcement made on November 16, 2022 there. Therefore, no refund will be made in any way. If you're having a problem, we'll fix it. In order for us to solve the problem, you have to do what we want, what we tell you. We won't have to refund you if you can't solve the problem by acting lazily and not doing what you're told.
In short, our refund policy was removed on November 16, 2022, because it was abused too much. We do not offer refunds whatsoever for any payment made after November 16, 2022. Everyone should know this before buying, it is already included in the user agreement on my website. Best regards...
