This guide will help me through on how to setup a server for my own usage running off of my pc at home? and then also how to continue on to full hosting and release? would mostly just be interested in having it setup for myself and maybe looking at any code to make custom changes myself - something i want to learn how to actually do, this can help me start?

yes, this is what you will do in all the cases you mentioned, whether it is in your pc at home or release in public

just 1 thing not in the guide its firewall step and this depends on the level of protection you want, there are somethings you have to do before this

about customization or development this files still new in the community and there no enough posts to custom everything atm

The last time I've tried host a "public" Server I wasn't successfull because my ISP is using DS-Lite (I don't have an ipv4 address). I am assuming that I'll have the same issue here - is that correct?

just try to use any private adapter as hamachi and so on there's too many of 'em around

I thought Hamachi is used to recreate LAN? I don't know how to use it for my case. I am guessing everyone that wants to connect to my server would also need Hamachi? Which is not something I want.

if you disabled MUHAN just enable it in _RefRegionBindAssocServer
