As for downloading FFXI, yes, there are plenty of ways for you to download and install the game for free, but you cannot play unless you have legit registration codes. The only way to get these codes is to either buy a new copy of the game, or buy an account (but buying an account is incredibly stupid and expensive). It is not possible to make fake codes that work.
