It depends on the perm spoofer.
If the perm spoofer just does one spoof & never updates or runs again, then that's just a free ban when the anti-cheat updates.
If the perm spoofer boots with the OS & stays updated & maintained, then it's basically just the same as a temp spoofer that gets killed by a reboot/shutdown.
I would recommend a temp spoofer because not everyone wants a spoof booting with their OS on every boot, or to spend hundreds of dollars on one spoofer.
At that point, if you have an affordable motherboard, just replace it with a new one. Changing motherboard won't address all identifiers that Ricochet deals with, but it will change enough that currently they will not ban you (in terms of the current version of Ricochet) because enough is changed.
You should also test to see if you even need a spoofer at all. If you got perma banned only once, you are unlikely HWID banned. Make a new BNET, verify SMS, play Warzone without using
anything cheat related & if you don't get SB that turns perma, you aren't HWID banned.
If you do need a spoofer & want a good one that is updated with the anti-cheat constantly & kills on reboot/shutdown, I sell one (Phantom Overlay) here:
