you know i registered before him and look at the difference. he doesnt deserve lvl2 for spamming

My forums will be similar to these, but, 3 lvls, 1 being lvl for noobs and spammers that noones realls cares about
lvl2, is for people who acually make sense and can do something cool or who knows their stuff.
lvl 3 is for the 1337 hackers
