100% is.

Been hard testing it, non-stop downgrading and upgrading my test PC to ensure it works with every build.
So far, haven't had any failures.
Can't wait till he releases it for everyone.

Unfortunately, the only laptop I have is a Macbook Pro.
Although, I'm fairly sure that Zebleer has one and has tested it on one.
If he didn't test it, I'll make sure he has a laptop tester before it goes live so you have a definite answer.

It works on any hardware. Any mobo any PC any laptop. Works with any cheat too.

Either go with Cynical, Ghost Aim or Exspira. Cynical and Ghost Aim always had good Spoofers and we have working one as well, made specifically for COD.
Would not like to recommend others as most of them have bad detection history.
Infinite and EO would be your worst choice.
Also don't trust spoofers recommended by users joined week ago as those are either rebrands or ratted loaders.

I used woofer. One time spoof and I’ve been good for over a year now and you get unlimited respoofs every time I have gotten HWID banned I just respoofed and I’m good lol but it doesn’t clean WZ traces so you need to make a new windows account or hard reset your PC

My spoofer was released for sale already a few days ago so it's already out.

I won't go into details on what the functionalities are of my spoofer for two major reasons:

1. Others will take anything I say as a lead to try to do it and then sell it.

2. The more is public in terms of how to evade COD HWID bans, the more the anti-cheat will change.

But I will say that my spoofer handles everything that COD throws at HWID banned players, no matter how deep.

You won't have to worry about it.
