u can use bitblt and send inputs to the window with no problems
been doing it on multiple mmos with EAC, even blackdesert ( i guess they have a better version of it )
great thing is you can just capture the games process instead of going full screen, u can then focus on specific areas of the screen, eg the skill slots, which greatly increases performance
then all u need to write is logic
not sure if it would be smart to use an auto-rotation tool without something that avoids dmg skills for you
also its not always smart to just throw everything, eg counters or staggers since u need them for mechanics
