GG used the same system.. they just let us beta testers use it and tell them correct values, then they used them for the prediction. thats why gg prediction was horrible before the big prediction update where they just started to grab data from ingame. its a horrible system because every gun has different velocity so if you set one value for one gun all other guns in that category will be off
maybe the one you showed works differently but i doubt it
