How legit are these private hacks? Its easy to self promote but i have no clue if they are actually legit.

like this guy, his post history is just him hyping up Kamikaze and nothing else. I feel like its all people pumping up there own hacks. There has got to be a better way as a person new to hacking can trust and find a decent safe hack
