i changed my motherboard, cpu, gpu, ram and ssd and now im unbanned

currently theres no way to be certain what to change the way is just to change enough to look different the more u change the better.

hello I have a question that might help a lot of others in here aswell but i'll first explain my scenario

I was banned around 10 months ago right before the recoil change for scripting, have been wanting to get back in as a legitimate player but there are some things that i have not found any answers to, such as I have been playing on essentially a new computer now for a while using my old steam account and played other games that have EAC in them.

what i am wondering is whether or not my ban and potential hwid ban is getting updated with the new hardware that i am using in this computer (apoligies im not a very coherent writer)

if i reinstall windows and rust and from now on use a steam account new to me will i still be banned?
