I guess that depends on what kind of wallet you have, I have no problem paying 100-400€ for a cheat monthly. €88/monthly isn't bad at all that be my opinion, it's rather cheap for what you get, elusion is slotted IIRC so not bad for that price.

ProofCore for 100$/m
Elusion for 88€/m

Those prices are normal. The game has EAC and not VAC. EAC will probably hunt down cheats so having a private provider such as those mentioned above is a good bet.

Keep in mind that if you get banned with a shitty cheat you will need to buy an spoofer and that will be your extra cost.

proofcore is gonna be 100 a month? God damn.

How is detection rate with proofcore?
I have my eyes on Elusion but want to be sure which one is worth to stick with and safest

ProofCore - Cheat is finished (not for sale yet, security check etc)
AimexCheats - Cheats is finished (they sent me screens, but its not released yet)
Elusion - Cheats is finished (they sent me screens, but its not released yet)
Chods-Cheats - Cheat is publicly for sale

As for aimex, idk. I trust them for COD but I probably wouldn't go with them for a EAC or BE related game.

Seeing as their apex has been down for 8 years

I might take the dive on Elusion. Will have to get verified so I might not get access. I'll report back.
