I think this is one of the worst providers I have ever had to work with...
It started with a simple thing - the software did not run on my computer, came to the conclusion that my system (windows 11) is to blame, since I have no way to reinstall the system on windows 10, I decided to ask for a refund, since I can not use the subscription.
Support after my request ignored me for about 12 hours, while chatting in general user chat and answering the same in another ticket to my friend. After I did get an answer, I was told that according to the refund policy, all supported windows systems are listed there and it's not their problem, I would agree with that if it really said that. Going into the refund policy I found the line "The software does not work on your computer after attempting to fix it by our staff" which clearly applies to me, with no mention of supported systems, after that by the way they sent me back to the product description, even though it clearly does not apply to the refund policy...
After I informed them about it, they ignored me and started again: "downgrade your system version and everything will be OK".
This software was also bought by a friend of mine, as I said earlier, and he similarly asked for a refund because it is practically IMPOSSIBLE to play with. Every 5-10 you will turn off the functionality, then Wallhack, then aimbot. About the radar, I will not say anything, because in the demonstration screen, it is either not updated, or updated very rarely, but I tend to think that this is no longer a problem with the software.
