ITS A VIRUS.
Nothing opens and there are its flagged as malicious by Virus Total. And I opened it by accident, sorry mom.

The post author uploads a .rar file into the virustotal. RAr files are ENCRYPTED, which makes it difficult even for virustotal to scan.
After I scanned the .exe file, it is proven that it's actually a Virus, it will steal your passwords and stuff.
