Its all about familiarity of ping/lag.
There is a time differential between when you right click fb, and when the fb comes out. It is quite accurately correlated with your ping.
Become familiar with it, and learn to predict movements.
Being able to consistently hit stationary targets is a must. You cannot miss people who are standing still, stakes in tg, monsters that are just standing there.
Learn to hit those first. Then move on to moving targets. Moving monsters is a good start.
