how long does last server lasts? thinking to join this 7.5k populations

its a trash team
full bugs game
every 2 days close game for a 5~7 hours!
and if you got problem and open ticket always close it without any respone
one of my friend got hacked by support team and they did not make anything and didn't back his items and told him the item sold npc
+ They give turkish items for TL!

and finally i got problem and open ticket they close and when i ask them on general chat they give me banned from discord!
