1st of all, it's not in your business.
2nd - as it's mentioned there was a conversation with the owner of the GoodTimes SRO from years ago, since the current owner is a friend of him and they know each other for years.

Hey. Not that it matters a lot or if it would contribute to the servers success, but they’ve asked and got my permission to open this server, altough I’m not involved in it.
They are great guys, and whishing good luck for everyone to meet their needs in this server :)
