It seems little to you to tell him only the value without telling him all the steps to do? do you really think that's helping? If you want to help really give everything but here there are many people who do not want to say everything and especially those who know C ++ C # hide everything, avoid commenting and even ignore it! Why would I tell him to open RefSkill and find the line itself, when he clearly stated in a picture that he found the line. It's redundant.

What was left was to show him the param and what that '10' stands for. If you look at my profile here on EPVP you'll see that I do help people

Somehow it seems to me that the thread creator simply copied some item to his/her server and do not know what to do with it.
If you would have been the creator of this item you would know how to put parameters together.
