permanent, even if you restart or formatted, you will stay spoofed.

do spoofers work offline?

Like if i but unlimited/lifetime am i able to keep using it every time i am banned?
I guess my main worry is if i buy the lifetime/unlimited and the seller suddenly disappears, will it still work offline. Not saying op is gonna disappear but just spoof lifetime sellers in general.

yes. it works offline. if you bought one time spoofer. you will stay spoofed no matter what happens to my business.
and if you bought lifetime unlimited use, then you will got the loader that you can use whenever you got banned using a cheat or something.

He tells you to hard reset your C:/ drive (where windows is installed). This is likely because of files that can be hard-installed onto your PC and tracked by vanguard. And most likely, because most of you people are too braindead to delete a couple files.
