Most will simply block the folder the screenshots save to, or immediately clean it. Whereas x22 toggles the interface from the capture prior to it being taken so that when the folder is scanned, it shows a normal image.

I wouldn't say that their screenshot system is a better solution, it's just different from how others do it.

I do think that the security overall is better with x22 simply due to how long they've maintained an undetected state throughout multiple COD games. But, that also puts a target on their back.

I feel you on this. I’m in the same boat. I’d really prefer to find one I can use on my main account. I just don’t see myself running a main account and a cheat account. I’ve read so many reviews, but it seems like it’s just a matter of time until you get caught.

Everyone gets caught eventually. It's just a matter of time. If you are not prepared to lose an account then it's not worth cheating.

I checked out the x22 pre sale forum. Searched ‘stream’ over the last 3 months and got several hits all of which said MW2019/WZ and BOCW are not stream safe. But you can disable esp and keep the aimbot on. I generally only use esp though. Does that mean x22 isn’t stream safe in my case?

Everyone is stream safe if you don't play with ESP, lol.
The only risk is a menu showing accidentally.
