To add more detail to the previous post:
As I was explaining to GD Extase, KINGS for tarkov are reputable and trusted reseller here. The first thing I got from them I was fascinated with their products and was pleased with the community.
The issue arose from a second product I had purchased today from KINGS
The product could of have been a resell as it was branded as their own and the language was in Japanese or Cantonese. Idc about that,
What I cared about was not understanding the written language, I asked for support as I was getting error messages I could not understand. The provided solutions were not working and had went as far as two windows reinstalls. ( I had installed for the first product the previous day).
I was starting to get frustrated and was just curious if they offered any type of refunds. ( Im not new to this, I have written and distributed products for the battlefield series for 10 years. I know majority of sellers do not offer refunds and I knew my odds were unlikely as they have to pay the main sellers.).
That is when support went downhill. Instead of explaining their refund policy, they started sending me GIF memes in discord, asking why I am trying to refund after only having a few problems, asking if I was joking etc, and acting arrogant and unprofessional. I gave up on that, and continued to ask for solutions to resolve my problem with the product.
I told support I was still receiving errors. They eventually told me that after reinstalling Windows I needed a HWID reset. Their first product I purchased did not require this when I did a windows reinstall, and if I had knew that, I would have saved so much time working on this second product. At this point I was just getting more discord GIF memes. Frustrated with being unprofessional, I sent a smart remark back at support asking why the customer has to go through all of this trying to find a solution for their product.
This exact moment, support claimed they did not like my attitude (which is shocking, as it seemed like half their responses were memes and I was not getting anything resolved). Without any warning at all or even a chance to reply to that accusation, I was removed from their discord, banned from their website, and removed my access to both products adding up to $295BTC I had purchased in the last couple days.
I feel robbed that my access I purchased was revoked because an admin assumed of an "attitude".
Within 1 day I lost $295BTC worth of products I now never received. From any logical stance, that just seems like a scam to me. (Paying for products, not receiving them, disappearing).
I am willing to work with KINGS on this to make it right, but ignoring me and stealing my money is not professional, regardless of how frustrated your customers may be.
