Edit: And they way I found these values was with a Stop Watch lol. And used Value between with the results I got

Edit 2: The reason why nobody can't find any skills in the UCE is MAYBE because he changed the name in the Server files (Illusion Storm,Ice Storm..) but left the name in the Client Config. Thats my theory.

Edit 3: The best way to search for a value for cool down is to just put in the cooldown value(4000 for storm) in the UCE Value box. There will be many values but i figured out that the cooldown value will never start with two "00" or "1". Example 00531235 or 17248324. Always search for a value that looks similar to this: 041D772C. Something like this. Also for some reason, look for the value that has a 041D772C in those positions. Always look for a LETTER at the fourth position in the value, which is D in this case.
