As others can see too, I paid almost a month ago, took like 3 days to get the software to begin with, and barely got anything out of it and now this scammer denied me access to the software and refuses to refund me too.

Calm down. I wasn't referring to you, and I already told you this in Discord DM.

For the record, competitors are sending people to the Strongr Discord trying to poach customers, etc.

Stigez above is in fact a customer. He bought the bot, and within a day or two I had half a dozen complaints from current and 5+ wipe customers. To try to solve this and make everyone happy, I decided to follow the advice of the Mods and remove Stigez, and change to 1-on-1 customer service for him, to be done by me. Not ideal, but I wanted to take care of Stigez, while still keeping a lot of other customers happy. Well, it seems now all I've done is not enough, and Stigez has no appreciation. I guess you can't win them all.

In 6+ wipes that this bot has existed, this is the first time I've had to remove a customer from the Discord.

Scamming? What are you even talking about?

Sorry, Discord access is not a right, it's a privilege. Don't you think it's weird that in years of this software, and hundreds of customers, you're the only person who has ever needed to be banned from the Discord?

I told you very clearly when it happened that I was sorry for any inconvenience, and I would personally give you the latest builds anytime you needed them, and personal 1-to-1 support if you needed any help. That not only is not scamming, it's damn good service. Your actions and insane behavior is why many customers complained about you to the Mods and myself. I went out of my way to try to solve this, and help you.

Take some responsibility, and stop casting so much blame. It's time to grow up!

Never mind about the Discord link being busted.

Paid my 60.00 2 weeks ago and still have not received product. Check your discord messages. Return my money I found something better for less.
