Bro lag time is going to be different for everyone.

Some people are going to have a field day any time they want to in the VN servers, some have to go in and do what they have to do during low server load, some are going to have constant bad luck with lag.

It seems you've done everything possible for lag reduction.
You gotta take what you got or give up.

Myself, I can only get good game play between 0600-1600 13+GMT, I have to live with that.
