Not necessarily, when tq was about to release ninjas everybody was like "wooow, new class, skills and items. Gonna be something big" And what happen? CO turned into pay to win unbalanced mmo'ish trash.

as we remember how they released ninjas, this would take more than a year to release all that, unless they got the project running long ago, and able to release it in their ""3 waves" which probalby will be around september-december lol. They may get the first wave with some easy/crappy stuff in the summer.
About them writing all that, they make an excitement for people, people have a goal, to wait, to test it, to bulk and such. Whats the point to release it the same day you announce it? people would like - what the hell is that, after few months pass lol.
Their aim is $$$, the more people, the more/new features, the excitement = more money. And since there already are people with full +12 set, including steeds, talismans.. this makes no competition, so they release new things, which people would bulk/buy/compete. They must keep this up to get more what i've said already.
