1.your project has it's "Generate Debug Info" turned off, not producing a symbol (.pdb) file
2.you compiled the project on a different machine or moved paths that's why it can't find a symbol file.

I hope you don't host a public server with that dev because if he can't figure that out by just googling you both shouldn't be hosting any servers

Enter your VS and see the directories of the General and Debugging files, so you will be able to debug and find the problem

I have a copy of the files of this so called "Hera Flyff" and tried to test it I didn't get any crash for 2 months without players on a very cheap VPS. (straight, no restart, no updates or whatsoever, i just up/online the server.)

did you edit something on resource or source? also fix your firewall. block all ports except for the Cache, certifier, login

Hera / Fulgr / Gama V12049710249710247019 and any other variation of it are not the most stable of sources.

Riddled with dupes and bad bug fixes lol.

The most stable and best way - take something 'clean' and update it by yourself, even if you transfer all features by your currently source you will saving too much time in future because you will know, what and how was added.
At least,you will haven't fix not your faults and wasting money on useless fixes of this things.

This bug occurs even with clean untouched files. The fix is weird, pm me for it as I sell it for some $$.

But I think there is also a simpler solution

I kind of doubt of Fatcode 'fix'. Make sure to not get scammed one more time
