Open the GameServer.hjson file.
Increase "listener_threads" and "worker_threads" to 50 and try again.

I got it running now but the server selection throws me a „You failed to join a Relay server tunnel“ exception. I don’t really know why this happens because the relay service is loaded within the game server.
Anybody a clue?
