it's moving but not kiting I followed the guide, is there anything else I can do or I'm doing wrong?

Yeah, pretty sure you´ve set the wrong hotkey.
There are 2 aggresive attack hotkeys.
Please recheck this step :)

Left shift won´t work, since it´s mapped ingame.
This will lead to issues. Surely there are some workarounds, to catch the event and dont send it to league... but...
