This Error says you, that this version of SQL Isn't compatible with your current OS ...

Dunno if there exist different versions of it for different OS ... But thats what the Error
says ;)

That was pretty obvious. But thanks for pointing that out :)

Still, thats not my main problem... I just cant get any SQL to work on this dedi.
