its not bound to the register date how i understand it. so if its between 20-50 you could have bad luck and it will be unlocked by ur 50.th post, but dont count on my words :D

Again, just depends LOL! It varys! I would just get 50 posts and go from there. 50 seems to be the magic number. Just become part of the community just do not spam posts.
