Sorry for the delayed response, the GM doesn't use this forum and I rarely check it (pretty toxic with same few people arguing)
Back to the questions,
1) 9DS has always done it's best when it came to security, we have had one main issue over the 5 years (zozo) which was unfortunately was hard to prove but was taken care of. Other than that we have done fairly well against exploits and 3rd party software
2)I am not sure if you have tried current 9ds, however it did a fairly good job at balancing the classes during its phases and we plan to follow a similar path (balancing will be done around the cap level/ gear of each phase)
3)We have added skills/mastery found in the DB before but at least in my opinion it took away from what 9D was meant to be. We were adding change and something new for the sake of it being different. That doesn't mean they aren't/won't be added but we would like to at least have first phase or two with skills that we are comfortable balancing around
4)The server has only had one GM and has only had one dating back to 9DPK's launch. We haven't had issues with staff because there is no one else on it. Transparency is always available, the GM has always been open to sharing logs. Although this does slow things we would like to accomplish, having a 1 man team means no drama which is perfect for us.
5)We are going to release content in phases, as most know we have access to working dungeons including cc, east, west, icy, potola as well as maps including kunlan, hainan, and Guang Dong. We have plenty of content to sustain a server life.
6)Server will be a mix, we will allow pve options for players however top gear will mostly be obtainable through pvp
7)We have done a good job dealing with the curve in the past, we scale the xp according to maps and levels which allows for a more enjoyable curve
8) Item Mall has always been very affordable and will not change. We haven't changed our IM prices going back to 2015 so you can check the current IM for a rough idea (9ds.onl). We are however planning to shy away from the RNG heavy IM which we have used in the past few years (removal of BDB and SDB) although they help support the server, the rng aspect of them isn't something we liked.
