Not really. People on networks can be playing the game. It's all going to come from the same address. For instance, I have four computers on this network.

Exactly, that's why they don't look at ips to see who's been playing on what character.

But there are two drawbacks with this:

1) Conquer Partner can not run on a changed conquer.exe so you need to have two conquer catalogues to run both bots and miners. You can have one "Conquer 2.0" and one "Conquer 2.0 Multi". COtobo (ore dropper) runs fine on the modified exe.

*EDIT* As noted below COpartner does work after editing the Conquer.exe file. Thanx for finding this out!

2) If you run a lot of conquer windows, your PC will be loaded a lot and the higher network load increase the risk of disconnecting one or more of the clients. Just test to findthe optimum number of clients.

Replacing "English" with "english" also works. Nice quide by the way! Better to educate people than to just give them midified exe files all the time.

Coincidently, I decided to make sure everything worked before I read this...CO Partner actually does work with this hex edited version.

And ya, you have to find out how many clients your computer can handle, I usually have 8 or 9 open :/
