why are there 30 detected viruses?

I see this is where most people who know their shit would be, I'm looking to buy a private silent aim cheat for "Fortnitte" to be used discreetly by me. willing to pay nnicely "don't tell me something like 12,000 for 2 years and shit like that. By design, cheats are technically a "virus" as it bypasses security functions etc. Heuristic scanners such as VirusTotal should never be relied upon.
