well , if you want that they keep the code
then encode the code in base64 or so (is easy to crack to but you need to know how ^^)
be sure to code a part of it so if they remove that (like some will do) that the template is messed up
as example
put in the footer a part of the css that you dint included in the css file
so if they remove the coded part , then the template will be broken (just to give a few idea's)

am i allowed to post a mirror of the script ?
because i dont want to do it if you dont want it (its your release :D )
