I have read it. Upping was always annoying on this server, thats why I made eq 20 and started to upp new one hoping to get something better. Max I kept doing was 20 so then I kept selling them, and finally done gloves 18->21

After months of not playing came back and today did 18-20 in my shield 18-21 and failed with 300%, and yet again 18-21 with my last master formula.
And basically I dont mind having eq 20.
People farm about 1000 of each upp in hoping for 22 lwhich usually is not happening, but theres still few golden boiz who made few 21/22 today each, which is shocking for me. Maybe Im just cursed :feelsbadman:
If you dont want to get bored after making eq in a week - this server is for you. In the end of the day stuff is still doable and theres a lot of custom stuff on the server, most item shop items are achievable by farming which is nice.
Server is definitely worth checking as theres much nice new stuff to do, like WoW-style blacksmithing/mining/alchemy, new dungeon with nice loot, pvp modes like battle royale and many more

i've had +20 eq after maybe 2 days of farming upp items and everything after that was just trying to go over 20, thats a week of farming for absolutely nothing, not a single gain was made, lots of golds were lost and atm with group farming it is absolutely impossible to sustain upgrading sessions with the silver you make by farming. its like you're playing bdo, but everytime you fail you just fail and lose money while gaining absolutely nothing, about using a 300%, when rates are this low i dont think it really matters, at that point it either goes or fails.. i dont think you're cursed. in 11 days of game i legitimately saw ONE +21 and it was a 20-21 up, it must be a low single digit chance, i got 2 ups from +19 that went to +20 so yeah thats my peak after all those upgrades) and yes i agree that having +20 eq would be fine if it wasnt for the fact that you're competing with people who have been playing this server religiously for the past months, funny that you also had backup gear, honestly this is the first time in 4s that i even contemplated having a backup gear just for upgrades

I'm not here to defend 4Secret, but you guys know this is how the upgrade system in 4Story works for many many years now? Of all the MMOs I've played 4Story has the hardest RNG in upgrading:lul:

every server is different and rates can still be low and reasonable but atm they are way too low here not to mention that upgrades cost too much and just farming wont be enough to sustain ur sessions, especially now that people farm in groups
