Skylab wasn't in 2009
There was just refining resources and upgrading lasers, rockets and generators with resources, just as it is now ingame, but in a separate webpage.

Thank you for trying to do this! My spacemap never connects, though. (Connection was lost/interrupted).

You can copy logbook from today's DO. It still has the 2009 version.

But it's funny that in Hangar/Shop (in old days, that was just Hangar), you have 2007/2008 font. You can use the one from Clan because that's the one from 2009.

Thanks for your response, you should be able to get on the spacemap by now. The emulator was just offline :)

The website is ''Not Secure'' , i wouldn't use my personal data, i reccomend you to use a tempmail and randompass.

kinda obvious that u get "Not secure", since this it's a free public domain which means no support for neither http nor https. Since ur credentials get encrypted no worries about ur private stuff btw

Looks cool, most things work well but apparently there are no other players online :/

You should consider fixing:
- My customized slot bar, it resets after every re-login
- Buying a new Design should not reset my configs
- Bought design/ship should be updated right after the purchase, without the need to die first
- Reconnect button after being destroyed does not work

Regarding to the bugs/errors you have listed:
- Never experienced that issue tbh, may it be possible that you didnt logout between each session. For the Moment it saves everything in the cache as long as u don't logout.
- is considerable, i will take a look on it
- you need to logout before you head to buy a new ship same belongs to making configs
- i'm thinking of to simply respawn at the base after you get killed but you are right at this point

Yea you are actually right about supporting http, the problem was it didn't use https. I have change it to https now, so no more worries for those scared people lol

I really like that you mention that. I get often messages "someone else logged in my account, sold my items, etc."
And this is pretty sure the reason why. Using same details from PinkGalaxy on other PServers where the stuff does not get encrypted so the owner get see everything and than bahm. RIP PinkGalaxy Account :(

Can you please go somewhere else to advertise for your server. Who cares about selling items on PinkGalaxy like honestly. I don't lol, and if you have some brain cells you will read that the account credentials get encrypted on my recent post...

hashing is actually a encryption method if you didnt know that by now. The point is your private data gets "somehow" encrypted before I store it in the database

I mean its not like you can write ANYTHING in your posts. Nobody knows if you really encrypt passwords also i really dont care but i just dont want my Players use same password on your server and on pinkgalaxy 😂

To prevent any passwords stolen
Just do this
Save just a hash of the password into the database, not the real password.
So:
1) if the user enters the right password, the hash will be checked and if it is OK it's success
2) if the user enters wrong password, the hash will be checked and it will be not OK
3) if user forgets their password, they can't get it from the database because it's not there, so they will have to choose a new one via email

Advantage:
the password cannot be simply stolen because it's not there.

That's password hashing.

The password can be brute-forced from the hash, checking all passwords with that hash, but that might take some time. So there is still the rule that a more complicated password will take longer time to obtain.
Also the hash function must be a function that is not predictable from the password or from a part of the password (a.k.a. the output of the hash function is random)

Anyways I believe battlemaster does this so whats the debate here lol

Make sure when you create a password to be strong enough , there are Hash crackers out there that do a good work, if you just type ''Random'' as your password , without numbers and symbols, it is easier to crack.
