well sounded suspicious to me aniways i dont think that will ever exists an universal speed hack -_-...
its just stupid to think about it.

speed hack is nothing else than an alteration of some files or hex in games.

the speedhack of CheatEngine is really good!!
I have a dll (extract of the CE-Speedhack) if u want i can upload it, and a nice coder might code a Program for it, so u can apply Speedhack to many games (such as CS:S)

let me know if someone wants it! :D
