You would just need to take the time in a few custom games to tweak your recoil settings for each weapon you use. Maybe 30-60 minutes of work depending on how many weapons you want to play with.

I am also playing a bigger monitor size than 1080p. Won't matter too much. Since you have more pixels on your screen you just need to increase the macro strenght a little in your loader. There's sliders for that, so it's easy to handle.
Took me like 2-3 matches until I found the perfect value for me :)

I recommend turning down the strenght of the no recoil slighty, so you don't get reported or stats banned.

People are hwid banned already by using other detected cheats. Now, every time they start COD with a new account and inject something (even macros), they get banned again.
If you wanna stay safe in COD, just play with no recoil macros and you'll keep your account.
Most memory cheat providers (like aimbots, ESPs etc.) have a ban chance of about 20% and they can't figure out why :D

If you are following the macrokingz tutorial correctly and don't use any other cheat, then you won't get banned. I am playing since COD release with the macros and I never had any issues.

All macros are fully updated and secure for the latest COD patch :)

Doesn't make you a god but helps with keeping all guns very accurate without the need to control the recoil yourself. Definitely a big advantage for a good price.
