Sadly, you cannot sue a company for neglecting their customers. This situation is rather dire indeed. Fear not! New p-servers will be started again. And in countries where Gaymax's greed cannot hurt them.

Just as someone who I don't know and have never heard of said:
There are 100,000 people on the world trying to prevent pirating, but there always will be 3 times more trying to pirate stuff. And not for money - for respect.

Joymax has always been greedy, just look at Darkeden server.. Full of Speedhackers and then look at their own terms and agreement for Darkeden.. They aren't supposed to make the game premium and all areas are supposed to be free to all users, but they make you pay premium to go on certain maps... There's so much this bs company does, and they're getting away with all of it.
