You can use PaySafeCard on Webtropia and there is no need to contact anyone because they got you covered.

The rival of webtropia in prices would be this contabo.

Webtropia is good what I know but in prices in hardware contabo is better gives much for less.

The bad thing was that they contabo they put Setup fee in the installation of the vps I do not know why if not that before but the price is excellent

only for 10 euros you get 4vcore 8gb ram +win

problem solved.
