Yes, it works on vista... You need an IJL patch for it to be read.

You have a lot of work to cover if you want to be a mod for this section...
I support but I earnestly hope there will be more than one mod here, because it is just too much work.
New people like us who want to learn end up getting flamed by random people. It is not fun.
