CP, True Dura and such Stuff isn't gone, since mine is working fine. If it's not in Tiara it's just a Sign that someone there is lazy. And Grats to OP for Posting a Link to the official Tiara Package that now really everybody should know. What's next? A Thread linking to Mabinogiworld's Wiki, because you found another great Site nobody ever heard of? Fail.

I just can't someone take the zip, And put it as a attachment or something o-o,
I just can't download it from MediaFire... :P It's a glitch about my Internet Explorer!
AND It wont work even if I used Firefox, And no im not downloading another browser
